Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathological diagnosis of lung cancer who are receiving treatment and PICC catheter maintenance in our hospital; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Expected survival time >=6 months; 4. Patients with PICC catheter placed under the guidance of Huasheng pilot V pa33 and able to tolerate B-ultrasonic examination; 5. The patients and the doctors in charge agree to sign the informed consent for PICC catheterization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. According to INS standard, patients with the following high risk factors of thrombosis, such as: heterotopic catheter tip, history of ipsilateral catheterization, history of thrombosis, recent surgery history, history of diabetes, and one before Used anticoagulants within a month, physical condition (ECOG) score >=4 points, etc. 2. With any of the following indicators is abnormal, such as: D-dime >=500ug/L, platelet count (PLT) >=300x10^9/L, red blood cell count (RBC) >=5.5x10^12/L, Plasma prothrombin time (PT) =4g/L, etc.; 3. Patients who are pregnant or before or after pregnancy.
