Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with duodenal papillomas of all sizes; 2. Patients with an unsmooth adenoma but no canceration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, lung diseases, and severe renal insufficiency; 2. With coagulopathy (platelet count 1.5); 3. Patients with abnormal clotting function or oral antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Patients who refuse to participate in this study.
