19 Years to 92 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-95 years; 2. With systolic blood pressure 1.0 confirmed after at least three measurements during the first assessment; 3. Patients with at least one of the following hypoperfusion symptoms: unresponsiveness, mental status change (including unexplained severe anxiety), syncope, respiratory distress, severe fatigue or discomfort, severe chest pain or abdominal pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With a general "hypotensive" state reported by patients or recordedin thehistory; 2. Patients referred from another hospital with a knowndiagnosis; 3. Patients with a shock index >1.0 or a systolic blood pressure greater than 120 mmHg before admission to the eICU.
