Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing the primary total knee arthroplasty; 2. Patients with knee osteoarthritis; 3. ASA grades 1-3; 4. Aged < 85 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bilateral TKA; 2. Patients were allergic to anesthetic drugs, NSAIDs or opioid drugs; 3. Opioid consumption on a daily basis; 4. With hepatic, renal or cardiac insufficiency; 5. BMI >= 35 Kg/m2; 6. With Coagulation disorders; 7. Patients with an inability to co-operate or to communicate.
