20 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient inclusion criteria: 1. Female age >=20 years, male age >=22 years; 2. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Medical Association for the diagnosis of various cerebrovascular diseases, the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage (2014) and the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke (2018), and transcranial CT or M stroke patients (including ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke); 3. With a certain language communication skills (token test>=17); 4. Without cognitive impairment (mmse>=17); 5. Have a certain self-care ability (adl>=40 points); 6. Informed consent patients participating in the study. Spouse inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged >=20 years, male aged >=22 years ; 2. Patients with other major diseases, such as cardiac failure, respiratory failure, malignant tumor, severe trauma and other critically ill patients; 3. Informed consent patients participating in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Patients with a history of severe mental illness, family history; 3. Patients in other studies. Spouse exclusion criteria: 1. With a history of severe mental illness, family history; 3. Patients in other studies.
