Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients to be operated on under cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. Elder patients >= 65 years; 3. Patients entering ICU after operation; 4. Patients willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have major auditory; 2. With visual disorders or are unable to understand Chinese; 3. Patients who have neuropsychiatric diseases, such as cerebral infarction, schizophrenia, depression; 4. Patients with preoperative presence of cognitive decline to MOCA (Montreal Cognitive Assessment) scores < 26 points or a history of significant cognitive impairment such as Alzheimer's will also be excluded.
