Nanometer fat group:Nanofat injection

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those patients who underwent free anterolateral thigh perforator flap 4 months after operatio. 2. Patients with anastomotic nerve between flap and receiving area. 3. Patients with skin defect area of extremities: 90-150cm2. 4. Age 18 Mel 35 years old, BMI:18.5-23.9. 5. Patients without obvious cicatricial hyperplasia around the flap. 6. Informed that the operation is the first clinical application, there is an unpredictable risk, the skin, fat and related information of the operation will be applied to the study and published, and the patients and their families agree to the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathological changes in important organs can not tolerate surgery. 2. A patient with a hematopoietic or immune system disease. 3. Patients with allergic constitution, scar constitution or abnormal physique. 4. Patients with mental illness. 5. Patients who are in the lactation period, menstruation period and pregnancy preparation period of a pregnant woman. 6. Patients with infected lesions in the recipient area. 7. Patients with peripheral neuropathy, vascular disease, diabetes, connective tissue disease.
