Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the class I-II criteria of ASA; 2. Patients who are scheduled to undergo cesarean section. and fasting water > 6h before operation; 3. With a gestational age between 37 and 40 weeks, aged between 21 and 40 years; 4. Patients who will sign informed consent. 5. Patients with normal hematuria, coagulation, liver and kidney functions, and roughly normal ECG.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unable to measure the subclavian vein; 2. Patients with contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia (coagulation dysfunction, allergy to local anesthetics, septicemia, etc.); 3. Patients with mental disorders or emotional and intellectual disorders who cannot cooperate; 4. Patients unable to maintain supine position; 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, respiratory system or kidney disease; 6. Pregnancy hypertension, preeclampsia, arrhythmia, etc.; 7. BMI > 35kg/m^2.
