Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients with unexplained abnormal liver function treated in the Department of Infectious Diseases of Shanghai sixth people's Hospital from 2005 to 2019. 2. All patients have perfect non-invasive clinical examination data and have received liver biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic pathological and physiological conditions affecting liver function such as cardiac insufficiency and pregnancy. 2. Patients with positive hepatitis virus markers, consistent with the diagnosis of chronic viral hepatitis and clinical consistent with the diagnosis of alcoholic or drug-induced liver disease; 3. Patients with incomplete or missing information; 4. Patients requesting withdrawal of informed consent.
