25 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unilateral primary total hip replacement and normal contralateral hip joint; 2. Patients diagnosed with hip arthritis, femoral neck fracture, necrosis of the femoral head, crowe1 grade dysplasia of the hip; 3. Patients without serious diseases such as nervous system, endocrine system and immune system; 4. Patients who are aware of and agree to participate in the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clear surgical contraindications; 2. Patients with bilateral hip joint lesions; 3. Patients with previous history of hip surgery 4. Pregnancy; 5. Patients with proximal femoral malformation; 6. Patients with central nervous system and psychological diseases; 7. Significant metal around the operative hip potentially distorting the preoperative CT images; 8. With severe proximal femur deformity; 9. Crowe II-IV DDH; 10. Condition deemed by physician to be non-conductive to patient's ability to complete the study; 11. Patients who are aware of the trial and refuse to participate.
