Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of single-segment central lumbar spinal stenosis disease; (2) Decompression of the lower half lamina by percutaneous endoscopy; (3) Selection at the same time, patients who underwent open decompression of semi-vertebral plate were matched contrast.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Intraoperative fusion of internal fixation; (2) The patient had a lumbar spine history of surgery; (3) Combined with serious trauma, mental illness, drug history, malignant cancer and other diseases; (4) The follow-up data were incomplete and the follow-up time was less than 12 months.
