Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with laryngeal cancer found on head and neck CT in our hospital, who received standard radiotherapy alone in our department; 2. Aged >=18 years old; 3. Informed consent signed by patients or their legal representatives can be obtained; 4. Patients have good compliance and are geographically convenient for follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who take immunosuppressants and hormone drugs for a long time or had received radiotherapy and chemotherapy before; 2. With another malignant tumor in the last five years; 3. With any unstable systemic disease (including active infection, liver, kidney or metabolic disease) or serious concomitant disease; 4. With serious cardiovascular events; 5. With a history of serious neurological or mental diseases; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Other situations that the researchers think are not suitable for inclusion.
