18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with complex anal fistula; 2. Patients must receive three-dimensional ultrasound in advance to determine the location of the fistula; 3. The fistula must be cryptoglandular anal fistula; 4. Patients over 18 years old who are able to know and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unable or unwilling to sign informed consent; 2. Patients with contraindications to anesthesia; 3. With simple anal fistula; 4. With non cryptoglandular fistula; 5. With anal fistula related to inflammatory bowel disease; 6. With radiotherapy, malignant disease, fecal incontinence and chronic diarrhea.
