18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years old; 2. Patients who undergo extraction operation for the first time; 3. Patients with indications for surgical extraction of mandibular third molars; 4. With no history of systemic diseases; 5. Patients with good medical compliance who can return on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with local and systemic infection within 4 weeks before tooth extraction; 2. Patients with allergy to antibiotics; 3. Smokers; 4. Patients with poor oral health; 5. Patients with severe periodontitis; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. Patients with serious basic diseases and organ function damage.
