Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70 with chronic gastritis or peptic ulcer; 2. Confirming H. pylori infection by at least one of the following tests (breath test, histopathology, rapid urease test or bacterial culture); 3. An indication of H. pylori eradication treatment; 4. Patients have personal mobile phones and can use wechat.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other diseases; 2. Allergic to any one of H. pylori eradication drugs; 3. Previous gastrectomy; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. Abuse of alcohol or drugs; 6. Previous hp eradication treatment; 7. Taken antibiotics, proton-pump inhibitors or bismuth within two weeks before the trial.
