18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. all Patients or authorized family members have signed informed consent; 2. patient undergoing posterior median approach lumbar spine fusion (1 to 3 segments); 3. aged more than 18 years old; 4. body mass index between 18 and 35; 5. ASA I-III; 6. agreed to accept one of the two analgesic regimens randomly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of anesthetic allergy; 2. puncture site infection or trauma; 3. hard to communicate; 4. history of mental illness or recent use of psychotropic drugs; 5. history of analgesic drug abuse; 6. pregnancy; 7. unclear anatomical structure shown by ultrasound; 8. malformed vertebrae; 9. severe organ dysfunction.
