Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Criteria for inclusion in ASD group of 500 patients: (1) age 3-10 years old; (2) In America's "medical diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders" fifth edition (DSM - ?) standards, childhood autism rating scale(CARS) of 30 or more points (not done the test need to offset); The total score of the autism behavior scale(ABC) is >=67 (those who have not done this test need to be retested); (3) the guardian of the patient signed the informed consent to allow the researcher to collect clinical data and samples of peripheral blood, saliva, urine and feces. 2. Inclusion criteria for 500 healthy controls: (1) aged 3-10 years old; (2) in good health with no clearly diagnosed disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for 500 cases: (1) definite diagnosis of Rett syndrome(RTT); (2) a clear history of traumatic cerebral palsy encephalitis and other organic diseases of the brain; (3) definitely diagnosed with other mental disorders; (4) patients who used probiotic antibiotics, antacid inhibitors and other drugs affecting intestinal flora within the last 3 months; (5) intestinal organic lesions such as congenital megacolon ileus intussusception;(6) patients with poor compliance 2. Exclusion criteria for 500 healthy control groups: patients who used probiotics, antibiotics, antacid inhibitors and other drugs affecting intestinal flora within the past 3 months
