Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with fasting blood glucose >=7.0mmol/l and postprandial >=11.1mmol/l; 2. HbA1C 6.5% or more; 3. insulin treatment; 4. between 18 and 80 years of age; 5. have the ability of independent behavior, informed consent, and volunteer to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ? diabetes; 2. patients with acute complications of diabetes, severe infectious diseases, and severe liver and kidney function impairment; 3. those who suffer from consciousness disorders and mental disorders and cannot take care of themselves.
