Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with type B aortic dissection; 2. Clinical and imaging data are intact; 3. Patients aged 18 to 80 years; 4. Informed consent is finished;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary pulmonary insufficiency (COPD or other pulmonary diseases); 2. Pregnancy, lactation, or have a plan of fetation in two years; 3. Life expectancy less than 6 month (companied with malignant tumour or other severe diseases); 4. Companied with severe renal insufficiency (level of serum creatinine more than 200 umol/L); 5. Companied with severe liver disfunction (acute of chronic hepatitis) or the ALT is over three times than the normal value; 6. Postoperation of Stanford type A aortic dissection.
