Gold Standard:1. the renal function decreased suddenly within 48 hours, the absolute value of serum creatinine increased >= 26.5 umol / L (0.3mg/dL)
2. the serum creatinine increased >= 1.5 times the basic value within 7 days
3. the urine output 6 h).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects should meet the following conditions: 1. Vvoluntarily participate and provide written informed consent; 2. Regardless of gender, aged 18-70 years; 3. Basic renal function is normal; 4. AKI high-risk population; 5. Be able to follow the research or follow-up procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who have a recent birth plan, pregnancy or breastfeeding; 2. Unable to understand the potential risks and benefits of the research, unable to follow-up assessment as required; 3. No capacity for civil conduct; 4. Active infection; 5. Patients with heart, brain, lung, liver and other multiple organ failure; 6. Any more complex medical problems, which may interfere with research behavior or lead to increased risk, such as malignant tumor, blood disease,connective tissue disease, immune disease, AIDS, viral hepatitis, etc.; 7. Kidney transplantation has been performed; 8. CKD patients, patients with urinary tract obstruction.
