Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. ASA I-II; 3. Patients who need electrophysiological monitoring for elective spinal surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with congenital neurological dysfunction; 2. Preoperative oral antidepressants, sedatives, analgesics or alcoholics; 3. The kidney, heart, liver and other functional organs are seriously disabled; 4. Family members or patients refused to participate in the study; 5. The patients were not monitored during the operation due to various reasons.
