Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A. Birth weight < 1500 g; B. Children with hypoglycemia who still can't maintain blood glucose with peripheral vein; C. Need long-term continuous or intermittent intravenous infusion; D. Input hypertonic or irritant drugs; E. Family members have informed consent to detain PICC catheter and voluntarily participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A. Children with severe hemorrhage and coagulation disorders; B. children with severe infection and trauma; C. children with vascular conditions not allowed, not suitable for puncture and catheterization.
