Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The frequency of defecation and stool hardness increased; 2. Defecate less than 3 times a week; 3. Habitual constipation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot eat by mouth or cannot take the sample as required; 2. Unclear chief complaint; 3. The constitution is weak and cannot be tested; 4. Patients who undergo surgery within 30 days and cause constipation symptoms; 5. Difficulty in defecation due to organic disease; 6. Constipation difficulties with pain; 7. Acute gastrointestinal disease within 30 days; 8. Pregnant and menstruating women; 9. Patients with serious systemic diseases such as heart deficiency tube, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system. 10. Short-term use of substances related to the function of the subjects affected the judgment of the results. 11. Volunteers participating in other clinical trials; 12. The researchers say other reasons are not appropriate for clinical trials.
