Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Park II-type anal fistula according to the 2006 edition of Guidelines for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Anal Fistula; 2. Anal fistula patients with glandular infection; 3. Patients with good anal function, without anal relaxation, stenosis, infection and deformity; 4. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases and other systemic diseases were in a stable period, that can withstand surgery; 5. Patients must be >=18 years old and sign Informed Consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anal fistula patients with non-glandular infection caused by Crohns disease, ulcerative colitis, radiation, malignant tumor, etc.; 2. Patients with severe organ dysfunction and diabetes mellitus; 3. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 4. Patients with lactation and pregnancy; 5. Patients with limited autonomous activity; 6. Patients with contraindication for subarachnoid block anesthesia; 7. Patients with active perianal sepsis; 8. Patients with cardiac pacemaker and other MRI absolute contraindications.
