Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old; 2. Be able to understand the content of interview and scales; 3. Informed consent, voluntary participation; 4. Injury mechanisms due to high-energy trauma including traffic accidents, explosion or firearm, high falling, bruise injury caused by heavy objects, crush injury caused by machine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal brain structure existed in emergency brain CT scanning. 2. Imcompletion of scale data due to subsequent cognitive impairment or physical problems. 3. Continuous posttraumatic amnesia more than 24 hours. 4. Refuse to sign informed consent.
