18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged ranged from 18 to 65 years old; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of sudden hearing loss with tinnitus according to guidelines; 3. Disease course is within 2 weeks and haven't received any medical intervention; 4. willing to participate and sign consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. presence of outer and/or middle ear disease(s); 2. presence of contraindication(s) to medicines involved in intervention strategies; 3. presence of severe hepatic, renal, cerebral or cardiovascular disease(s); 4. presence of psychiatric or any other disorder(s) compromising treatment or evaluation; 5. female with breast-feeding or possibility or confirmed pregnancy; 6. involved in any other clinical study during past 3 months; 7. unable or unwilling to cooperate during follow-ups.
