Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing PICC catheterization under ultrasound guidance; 2. Patients who insist on maintenance in our outpatient department once a week; 3. Aged 18 years or over; 4. Patients who can move freely; 5. Patients who can sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The tip of PICC is not located in the middle and lower 1/3 of the superior vena cava 2. Patients with clear evidence of infection before placing the tube; 3. PICC cannot be maintained in our outpatient clinic; 4. Patients with obvious coagulation dysfunction including PLT <100x10^9, PT<10.4s, APTT<22.7s, fibrinogen<1.8/L, thrombin time<14s.
