18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years, male; 2. Patients rated as early stages (Hamilton II-IV) and intended to seek medical intervention; 3. Patients not treated with botulinum toxin A in the past 6 months; 4. Patients who voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to botulinum toxin type A preparations, allergic to the components of BOTOX for injection use, or atopic; 2. With scar diathesis, or with a deep scar or active inflammation (such as cyst, papula, rash or hives) , infection at the injection site or wound; 3. Patients who have undergone hair transplantation or other scalp incision operations within one year; 4. Patients who took aspirin, NSAIDs, antiplatelet drugs or other drugs with the effect of prolonging clotting time within 2 weeks before admission to the group. 5. With histories of systemic neuronal disease such as myasthenia, amyotrophic lateralizing sclerosis (in spinal cord), Eaton-Lambert syndrome, or any other systemic nerve conduction head disorder. 6. With histories of autoimmune disease, hemorrhagic disease or numbness of facial nerve. 7. Patients who can't cooperate with mental disorders. 8. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials in the last six months.
