PRM group and CV group:The same group of skilled surgeons performed the operation. The included patients all adopted the same three laparoscopic incisions, and the intraoperative CO2 pneumoperitoneum

18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years; 2. ASA I to III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with more than three previous open abdominal operations; 2. With histories of peritonitis and abdominal tuberculosis; 3. With pneumothorax and bullae of lung; 4. With cardiac insufficiency, unstable circulatory system, and brain injury; 5. Patients with postoperative follow-up less than 2 days.
