18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-60 year old donors and recipients; 2. Indications for kidney transplant surgery; 3. Use DBD donor kidney for transplantation; 4. First kidney transplant; 5. BPAR, no contraindications to biopsy; 6. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with absolute contraindications for kidney transplantation; 2. Combined use in non-specified scopes, especially drugs that have a greater impact on the test results and affect the effectiveness and safety judgment; 3. Participate in other clinical trials; 4. Previous medical history of other organ transplants.
