19 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. Cervical squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma or adenosquamous cell carcinoma were confirmed by histopathology; 3. FIGO 2018 stage is IA2~IB1; 4. Plan to conduct radical hysterectomy plus pelvic lymphadenectomy in our hospital; 5. BMI < 30.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have recived preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy or neoadjuvant radiotherapy; 2. Serious underlying diseases existed before the operation; 3. 12 weeks of gestation; 5. Preoperative imaging examination suggested distant metastasis; 6. Have received surgical treatment or radiotherapy for other pelvic cavity tumors; 7. Long-term use of immunosuppressive agents or hormones due to other diseases or immune deficiency; 8. Refusal to participate in clinical trials; 9. Unable to make a decision or to sign.
