Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 2-16 years with symptoms of intracranial brain injury; 2. The guardian signed off to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious complications and immune system diseases; 2. There are clear virus, bacterial infection; 3. Neurological and psychiatric symptoms, mental retardation, syncope or seizure prior to head injury; 4. Kidney failure or other kidney disease; 5. spinal cord injury; 6. People who are pregnant; 7. Drink or use drugs.
