Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age < 32 weeks; 2. Informed consent of guardian; 3. Born in the hospital participating in the study and transferred to neonatology department immediately after birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The guardian does not agree to participate in the study, including those who withdraw midway; 2. Severe congenital malformation or gene chromosome abnormality; 3. Those who have interrupted treatment or discharged automatically; 4. Those who meet any of the following conditions: mother with HIV, cesarean section under general anesthesia, shoulder dystocia, multiple chorionic villi, fetal edema, fetal blood transfusion syndrome, omphalocele, amniotic fluid embolism, placental detachment, placenta previa with hemorrhage, umbilical cord tear, cord length less than 30cm.
