Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A novel coronavirus infection was treated in 191 hospitals in Wuhan Third Hospital from January 21, 2020 to February 20, 2020. Among them, 83 cases were common group, 20 cases were severe group, 43 cases were critical group, 45 cases were death group, 50 healthy people were selected as healthy control group, blood routine test and C reactive protein (CRP) were detected.

Exclusion criteria: Undiagnosed NCP patients
