diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Interventions

Non-DM group:0.5%Ropi 20ml for nerve block

DM group 1:0.5%Ropi 20ml for nerve block

DM group 2:0.3%Ropi 20ml for nerve block

DM group 3:0.5%Ropi 20ml for nerve block and Dexmedetomidine 0.5mg/kg iv

DM group 4:0.5%Ropi 20ml and Dexmedetomidine 0.5mg/kg for nerve block

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 50 to 80 years; 2. Selective operation of total knee replacement; 3. ASA I-III; 4. With DPN (n=80) or without DPN(n=20)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of peripheral nerve block; 2. Rejection of peripheral nerve block; 3. Patients unable to cooperate with observation; 4. Mental disorder; 5. Alcohol or drug abuse; 6. Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance rate 8%; 8. Type I diabetes; 9. Other neuromuscular diseases.
