Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old, unilateral closed fresh fracture; 2. postoperatively passed bone reduction index was satisfactory; 3. there was no obvious damage to the surrounding soft tissue structure; 4. there was no previous operation history of hand injury; 5. the preoperative basic diseases were well controlled; 6. unilateral injury and patients' willingness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with old fracture history, congenital malformation and carpal arthritis of the wrist; 2. patients with severe injury of forearm soft tissue; 3. open fracture; 4. patients with dysfunction before fracture; 5. poor general condition; 6. poor control of basic diseases; 7. pathological fracture.
