Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. over 40 years old; 2. history of exposure to risk factors; 3. patients diagnosed with stable COPD according to GOLD standard; 4. be able to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients are severely uncooperative to complete corresponding questionnaire; 2. patients are unwilling to enter the research.
