18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who meet the diagnostic criteria for aSAH with aged >=18 years old were recruited for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who meet any of the following criteria are not eligible for this study; 2. Participants have no SAH before surgery; 3. Surgery time exceeds 72 hours of the patients onset; 4. Allergy history of local anesthetics; 5. Participants combined with other severe systemic diseases (Including but not limited to tumor, cardiopulmonary insufficiency and hepatorenal insufficiency); 6. Participants have abnormal in neck structure such as scars and tumors that can not going through the SGB treatment; 7. Participants with coagulation disorders or who is undergoing anticoagulant therapy.
