Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients voluntarily participated in the experiment and signed Informed consent; (2) Age between 18-70 years old; (3) BMI>=24kg/m2; (4) Newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes have not been treated with hypoglycemic agents before; (5)HbAc<9%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with serious chronic diabetic complications, such as diabetic nephropathy, diabetic foot and diabetic macroangiopathy; (2) Patients with acute diabetic complications, include ketoacidosis, hyperosmotic coma and lactic acidosis; (3) Patients with serious concomitant diseases, such as liver and kidney dysfunction, heart failure and acute myocardial infarction; (4) Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, adult onset juvenile diabetes and mitochondrial diabetes; (5) Tumor patients; (6) Pregnancy or lactation; (7) Patients who have used hypoglycemic agents before; (8) Patients in other clinical trials.
