Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and histologically diagnosed as nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 2. Initial chemotherapy therapy; 3. Aged >= 18 years; 4. Informed consent and willingness to participate in this survey;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past or existing severe cognitive impairment, mental disorders; 2. With other tumors or systemic diseases; 3. Combined with distant transfers.
