Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. More than 18 years old with colorectal cancer; 2. Patients who have accepted surgery; 3. Patients who have agreed to participate in this study and had signed informed consent; 4. Patients who had the ability to understand and write Chinese and could communicate effectively with researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With colorectal cancer with peptic ulcer; 2. Patients with intestinal obstruction before operation; 3. With severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other diseases; 4. Patients with endocrine and metabolic diseases, such as hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, adrenocortical diseases, hypophysis, diabetes, etc.; 5. Patients with immune system diseases or diseases undergoing glucocorticoid treatment; 6. With severe obesity or severe malnutrition, with a BMI over of 27.5 or less than 17.5; 7. Patients with operation time more than 6 hours and intraoperative blood loss more than 500 ml.
