25 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Between 25-55 years old; 2. VSS score > 7; 3. Patients with a course of more than half a year after deep second and third degree burns; 4. Who are able to fill in general information and participate voluntarily in the research of this topic alone or under the guidance of researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With hypertension, diabetes, ulcers, tuberculosis, and markedly decreased resistance, with a tendency to infected; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. With severe heart, liver, kidney, endocrine or hematological diseases; 4. With skin infections or ulcers; 5. With skin diseases prone to isomorphic reactions; 6. WithpPsoriasis, vitiligo, eczema, etc., without the prior approval of the attending physician; 7. Who are taking anticoagulants; 8. Who have taken isotretinoin 1 year before treatment; 9. Who were exposed to sunlight for a long time in the past 4 weeks unwilling to take sun protection after surgery and bear related risks, etc.; 10. Who were treated conservatively within six months, including intra-scar drug injection, laser treatment, physical compression treatment and radiation treatment; participated in other clinical studies within three months and the investigator believes that it is not appropriate to participate in this trial for any reason.
