Age
20 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Married women aged 20-50 years; 2. With chronic pain from muscle or bone for more than 6 months, medical history or auxiliary examination does not indicate organic lesions; 3. Patients with at least one trigger point on palpation of the obturator or levator anus muscle, and the maximum visual analogue score is >= 4 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. Those who have pelvic organ system tumors or other organic diseases; 3. Those who have endometriosis; 4. Those who have acute reproductive tract infection; 5. Those who have a history of nervous or mental system related diseases and have communication difficulties; 6. Those who have a history of pelvic floor related surgery in the past half year; 7. Women in pregnancy; 8. Those who have cardiac pacemakers; 9. Those who have severe hemorrhoids; 10. Those who are in other chronic basins Cavity pain treatment; 11. Patients not considered suitable for this study by researchers.
