Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. symptomatic female patients over the age of 18 years; 2. With circumferential UD, UD and its orifice located in middle or proximal of urethra (between bladder neck and urethral extrinsic sphincter).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with nervous system diseases; 2. With previous urogenital surgery; 3. With a history of periurethral gland infection; 4. With evidence of anatomical bladder outflow obstruction or paraurethral lesions.
