18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-80 years; 2. ECOG score <=2; 3. pathological or clinical diagnosis of obstructive jaundice caused by malignant tumor, unable or unwilling to perform surgery; 4. no serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease; 5. no serious abnormal coagulation function; 6. willing to accept this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. suspected benign biliary stricture; 2. presence of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease; 3. presence of severe coagulation dysfunction; 4. patients with reobstruction after biliary stenting or drainage.
