Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. primipara; 2. 37 to 41 weeks pregnancy; 3. Aged 18 years or older; 4. a singleton-head position; 5. spontaneous labor and required pain relief; 6. Informed consent and signed informed consent.
