50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I to II level; 2. The patient's age is between 50 and 80 years old; 3. Patients who received unilateral total knee arthroplasty for the first time; 4. Willing to participate in this trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diabetes; 2. Bilateral/renovated TKA; 3. Morbidly obese patients (BMI >= 40kg/m2); 4. The operation site has a history of vascular surgery; 5. There is lower extremity nervous system abnormality; 6. Cant not understand VAS scores.
