Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Intervention group: (1) Aged 18 to 50 years; (2) Diagnosed as a depression or anxiety by Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5); the score of HAMD-17>17,or HAMA>7; 2. Non-intervention group: (1) Aged 18 to 50 years; (2) Diagnosed as a depression or anxiety by Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5); the score of HAMD-17>17,or HAMA>7.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) other psychiatric disorders; (2) complicating with sever medical disorder on nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory system; (3) taking antidepressants, psychoactive drugs, steroids, drugs that affect heart rate and blood pressure; (4) be in the Lactation or pregnancy.
