Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients hospitalized for novel coronavirus pneumonia in Hwa Mei Hospital, University of Chinese Academy Sciences from January 2020 were enrolled. The subjects were included the confirmed cases following the latest guideline of diagnostic and treatment Covid-19 issued by China Health Committee, and suspected patients admitting in isolation and observation ward during the same study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Confirmed cases who had the organ transplantation were excluded following the latest guideline of diagnostic and treatment Covid-19 issued by China Health Committee.
