Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged >= 18 years, acetabular fracture involving both columns, and provision of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unstable vital signs, prior acetabular fractures, severe systemic disease, blood coagulation dysfunction, and patients considered unsuitable for the study for other reasons.
